They are like an empty vessel and invite storytellers to remember, reflect and reframe their life stories while creating deeper connections.
 

Appreciative Questions focus attention on life-giving forces - those that are the essence of the person and make him or her the unique being they are.  They deal with challenges by asking what was learned.
